2. Hosting and server log files
The website and server are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). When you visit this website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, browser identifier) in server log files. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The log files are deleted according to the hosting provider's retention rules.
3. No cookies, no tracking
The public part of this website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising services. Fonts and icons are served from our own server; no third-party content is loaded unless you request it yourself (see section 5).
4. Counting link clicks
Links to external offers first pass through our server (api.toolana.de/go/…) and then redirect. We only count how often a link was clicked per day. No IP addresses, browser identifiers or cookies are stored for this. After the redirect, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.
5. Podcast episodes
Audio files of podcast episodes are hosted by the respective podcast host. They are only loaded when you press "play"; only then does the host receive your IP address and technical data of your browser (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR – providing the audio file you requested).
6. Editorial area
Technically necessary session cookies are set for editors signing in to the /admin area (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). Visitors of the public pages are not affected.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). Please contact the email address above.
